As a clairaudient and clairvoyant Spiritual Consultant and Healer, Selena specializes in helping people fulfill their best and highest destiny through intuitive readings, energy healing, spiritual life coaching, and guided meditation experiences.

She founded the Meditation Lounge to provide lightworkers with a safe and sacred space to heal, and to discover their true purpose in a high vibration community of like-destined souls. 

Selena J is attuned to the master level Seichim Sekhem Reiki (ALL LOVE) energy and received her Pranic Healing Level 1 certification from the Healing Arts Center, where the Meditation Lounge is located. In addition to teaching and leading group guided meditations, Selena works with corporate clients, and serves as an intuitive guide, teacher, energy healer, and spiritual life coach via regularly scheduled private sessions for a select group of monthly members.

For over 16 years, Selena has been devoted to her own personal growth and spiritual development through meditation, prayer, study of universal knowledge, and serving as a spiritual guide for others in a variety of ways.

For as long as I can remember, I have had a fascination with and connection to the stars, astrology, and all things mystical, different and unknown.

Learning about what motivates and drives behaviors, thoughts and emotions has always been a passion of mine. Those passions lead me to obtain a BA in psychology and MA in Clinical Counseling. But most importantly, it lead me to want to understand, or as I like to say, 'inner-stand' myself more deeply.

I started with horoscopes when I was younger, then researched and experienced different religious beliefs and cultures. This eventually evolved into energy work, which lead me to obtain a Reiki certification.  

Living my life purposefully is not only a gift to me, but also to all of the lives that I’m fortunate enough to touch. I truly enjoy connecting with and helping people through the use of my spiritual gifts, insights, and wisdoms that come from the Divine God.  

Through meditation, I commune with Spirit and it has shown me that all of my wondering was really me being divinely lead to this very moment, and I am profoundly grateful.  

If I could sum up my journey in one quote, I would have to quote the great Muhammad Ali, “Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."  

I have released the false programming of “impossible” and embraced my truth of “infinite”. Infinite blessings, infinite abundance, infinite love, infinite peace, and infinite growth.
